A Rational Animal Skateboards
This collection represents a departure from conventional corporate design constraints, featuring thought-provoking skateboard graphics that blend traditional design techniques with experimental approaches to create distinctive artistic statements.
This project serves as a vital creative laboratory where design and fine art intersect. The freedom to experiment in this space has enhanced my ability to navigate more structured commercial projects, demonstrating how unrestricted creative exploration can inform and strengthen conventional design practice.

Designs Published
In 2011, Rockport Publishers collaborated with Modern Dog to produce "Inside the World of Board Graphics: Skate, Surf, Snow," a comprehensive exploration of board culture and design. Through a competitive selection process, several of my skateboard deck designs were chosen for inclusion in this influential publication, which was released in September 2011.

Wild in the Streets
In 2012, Emerica's annual "Wild in the Streets" event came to Detroit, successfully raising over $4,000 for local skatepark development. Contributing to this community initiative, I designed and donated four unique deck designs for "Emerica® Wild in the Streets – Detroit," which were distributed during the fundraising activities.
